l have a emotional story it happen to me. lts sad. l was working in this job and l was happy then in March 31. 2024 on my birthday can u believe it. The contract was expired the company lie to me saying they had a job site for me but it was a lie. This company was heartless and cruel never care for me. Everything went crashing me down l cry alot and got depress l been out of work since now. lts not easy to find a job its hard. l ask the company for help they never offer to get me a job. This company is so cruel and dozen wanna gimme a second chance . lts sad that l work for them for 4 years and than l don't exist anymore. They don't know how to treat a human being. l pray to God for a miracle to get a job. Not even my own family or friends won't help me out. lts sad that is hard out there. it hurts me. This company ruin my life and l am never happy again. l wish l was a kid agsin. l always think l just wanna go to heaven in peace. lts sad this company let me down. God help me . 😭

ive had depression for almost 2 years now. its harder to deal with than you think. trust me. you feel too embarrassed to tell anyone. and im typing this while my whole family in this house is eating a late night snack at 9:12pm chatting, laughing, and talking about when they were kids, and not even noticing me having depression for 2 years, although i didn't tell them, it's obvious. now im sitting on my 12 year old black and gray chair in my old dull house, with no bright colors or anything. everyone down there is having such a fun time, and me, sitting in my room crying.

everyday i tell my family im going to the bathroom but truely in the bathroom i dont go, i just cry and cry trying to be as quiet as possible, as the bathroom is one of the only place where i can breathe in peace, and im even crying typing this coment.

One of my friends passed away a little over a week ago. We met online and unfortunately never got to meet in real life. I find out through a text message, send by his best friend, coming from his number. I went to his Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat account to find out that half of them were deleted. Sometimes part of me thinks he is still here, I never got the details, I wasn't able to go to the funeral, he was just gone. Sometimes I see something that reminds me of him, and I want to send it, just to realise I can't. If you are struggling with mental health issues or an eating disorder or anything of that kind. Please reach out, tell someone. You're not a burden, you are loved and they do care. I know it's not easy, but it's not going to be better if you leave.
